Abstract Submission form

The digital book of abstracts with oral and poster contributions will become available on the conference website. 

 

Formatting guidelines: 

• Please use the template file, which already includes all formatting styles.

• The body of the abstract should contain no more than 250 words.

• Use the Arial font. Font size 14 pt for the title and 11 pt for the rest of the abstract.

• Author names: start with first name, followed by middle initial (if desired) and last name. Underline the name of the presenting author and provide affiliations for all authors as indicated in the template file (only institute and country, no street address nor city/postal code). List the affiliation(s) of each author on a separate line.

• Indicate whether you prefer Oral Presentation or Poster.

• Ensure that the abstract is written in just one paragraph.

• Put genus and species names in italics.

• References, figures, or tables are not allowed.

• Deadline for abstracts is March 15 (early bird) or June 15.
